Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No card is asked for at sign-up, and nothing is charged when the trial ends — you decide whether to subscribe. Plan prices are published on the pricing page.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Plan, in a few clicks. No phone call, no form, no retention conversation. A monthly plan stays active to the end of the month you have already paid for; an annual plan runs to the end of its term. Either way you keep access until that date rather than losing it the moment you cancel — the plan simply does not renew.
Refunds are returned through Razorpay to the method you paid with. Money typically reaches the account in 5–7 working days once we process it; your bank may add a little to that.
A GST invoice is issued for every payment, monthly or annual, with your GSTIN on it if you have added one to your account. Where a refund is made, the corresponding credit documentation is issued too, so your books reconcile without anyone having to chase paperwork.
They are not deleted the moment you cancel. Your data stays exportable for 30 days after the plan ends — matters, drafts and documents. After that it is removed from our systems, except invoices we must retain under tax law. You can also request immediate erasure at any time under the privacy policy; the right to erasure under the DPDP Act, 2023 applies either way. How your files are held while you use the platform is set out on the security page.
For any billing issue, write to anubhav@lawgger.com with your registered email and invoice number. We acknowledge within 72 hours. The wider agreement is in the terms of service.
